Keep getting banned randomly

Once most recently, I didn't fully load into the match-- which isnt anything crazy happens all the time, but I got a ban for it and not just a 15 minute one but 4+ hours. Then today I finished a match, and pressed the leave match button when it was over as many do, then i received a 6 hour ban?!?! I thought maybe the leaving match was the problem but the thing is we already got permission to leave the game without penalty because we got a dc... whats goin on? Yoshi save me, Yoshi if you can hear me save me/

I just loaded into the game after my ban was suppose to be over at 3:50, I play one street brawl match, didnt talk in it, did good, absolutely nothing ban worthy, and I GOT BANNED AGAIN UNTIL TOMORROW WITH LOW PRIO Q YOSHI WHY I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME @Yoshi
