She's 5k ahead of you on souls, you have no gun items, you barely hit her with your 2 & 3, and your 4 is doing damage, but is offset by the bullet lifesteal she's getting on you.
You also don't enough spirit damage boosting items and the vitality items you do have don't combat bullet damage.
