Joining match/rejoining match bug

I got a bug where I joined a match, but was immediately disconnected from it, and then when I attempted to rejoin, it wouldn't let me. now I am banned because I took too long. please fix. ty.

Edit: I just had this happen again to me, but this time I actually got a match ID to post.
Match ID: 45879923.

same exact thing happened to me. Been having this problem occasionally and only had 5 minutes ban before. But now I got 1 day ban and I have insanely good internet connection so I know for sure the problem isn't connectivity
Any response from the devs or solutions?
