Ivy's abilities stop working

Very early into this game Ivy's "Watcher's Covenant" and "Stone Form" stop working and would only let me activate after getting hit by certain abilities. I'm not sure what caused this to happen but nothing I did in game fixed it.

The way you fix this bug is by exiting and re-entering the game. It happens on all heroes since the first mina update. it seems to happen to some people very infrequently and some other seem to get it every single match

Was about to post about this same thing. Weirdly enough only Watcher's Covenant stops working for me and has only happened while playing Ivy, no other issues on abilities or other characters. Did not know about the quit and rejoin, thank you for info!

I use mouse wheel for items and those have never broken like this.
only abilities on M4 M5 Q and E for me in terms of binds that have broken

edit: it's a good point to bring up because I think earlier in the Alpha you couldn't bind mouse wheel - and its relatively new - so maybe thats whats messing everything up.
theres a bunch of other threads like this one all over the forums - maybe track them down and ask the same question.

I now think this has to do with getting silenced by Mina's ult and spamming an ability during it then the ability is locked/bugged.

if you press the parry button the ability will activate but still wont be usable in its intended way.

Same, but it only happens with Wraith's 3 for me. Every single match at some point it stops working.
