Doesnt torment pulse knock people off ziplines ? Its not a DOT, test with paiges 1st skill or infernus burn.

Yeah I just deleted the video. I need to get one when I have afterburn or afflicted or something. Which may take a while. I did this in the hud then realized its not the DOT
