It seems that when Ivy has tier 3 Kudzu connection, as long as the connected target isn't at full health then healing tempo stays active even if there's not a healing item active. It seems that she heals the target based off her own regen whether Ivy herself is full health or not and this is triggering healing tempo, which says it doesn't proc of innate regen. I noticed the near constant healing tempo in match but didnt confirm it until i was in hideout.

Tried it with minions in sandbox, as long as I connect to an ally, full health or not, healing tempo activates for as long as Ivy remains tethered plus the 7s that tempo normally lasts once the connection is severed.
