Ivy being able to pick Urn with her Ultimate

Seeing as Ivy move speed while carring a teammate thats carrying an Urn was nerfed, I'm gonna guess this is a bug

Its not a bug, it has been a feature for quite a long time. Speed is set to 13 m/s as with all urn carriers
