Ivy Air Drop gets stuck in un-usable cast mode.

While using Ivy's ultimate, if you enter the process of aiming/targeting the ability but then get hit during this process and thus trigger the 4 second cooldown, the ability ends up in this state where you can still aim and attempt to use the ultimate, with no indication as to the fact you cannot use it.

This behavior should be handled in a less broken manner.
