Items with spirit scaling include their own spirit power before purchase, but don't list it in the "adjusted by" tab

For example, Spirit Strike and Alchemical fire both provide +Spirit and change their spirit scaled values to reflect this. But if the item hasn't been purchased yet, holding alt to view the "adjusted by" tab won't include the item's own spirit power.
