Items proc Mystic Burst/Tankbuster --- Mystic Burst/Tankbuster doesn't state that it works with items

Items like Transcendent Cooldown, Superior Duration etc. do state that these items also work with other items
But Mystic Burst and Tankbuster do not state it and they work perfectly with other items

It seems to just work with all sources of spirit damage, Spirit Snatch can proc it, Cold Front can proc it. Even Torment Pulse if you theoretically managed to get enough Spirit Power for it to exceed 165 damage.
