Passive: Lowers the charge/channel duration for a spell by a flat percentage, similar to how cooldown reduction works.
I found it weird how heroes such as Yamato scaled poorly into the late game and were very much vulnerable in the middle of fights having to charge up a spell to its unleash its full potential. I understand Yamato has her ultimate to back her up, but it's not always available. This could be maybe a Tier 1 to Tier 3 upgradable item starting at 500 and costing 3000 for the max upgrade. Perhaps a 10, 15, 25 percent increase per tier?
