Item to boost stealth as well as one to counter it

So i thought about two items, one would have passive effect similar to the item that adds charges to skills with them that would reduce the stealth visibility radius, the other item would have active effect of placing a tripwire that arms after few seconds, when a player runs through the tripwire they are revealed and rooted for a moment
