Parry is awesome, just like very well timed deflect.
How about item that makes parry deflect 100% (+?) damage back to attacker, kind of like the Return Fire, but more powerful because the parry window is so small. Idea is to use the deflect timing to burst damage. So effectively the item will increase parry cooldown and when you parry it works the same as before but will deflect all (except AoE) damage back to attacker.
I kind of dislike the Return Fire's "Fire and Forget" gameplay, the parry to deflect could turn the tide of the battle.
If another deflect item is not suitable, or even if it is, I think creating an item that would build in to Phantom Strike could work.
The effect is, when you parry and when the first person hits your parry, you wouldn't take any damage and would teleport behind the attacker. It shouldn't work on area effects. This would create more plays and I feel limiting the item to only one teleport item might be neccessary.
