Item requirement abuse.

When I queue to buy an item that has previous items required - like for example "Leech" - It queues the 2 prerequisites - Bullet Lifesteal and Spirit Lifesteal. I can simply remove one of the 2 from the queue and still buy "Leech" without having both, but getting the benefit of both Bullet & Spirit Lifesteal fom the final item.

It is the same case with "Trophy Collector" for example. I can queue it, and then remove "Sprint Boots" from the queue, and only spend the 3200.

Not a bug. Those items can be "upgraded" to Leech, which just means Leech will be cheaper since you already bought some components.

What's the point of having prerequisites, if you don't need them - the example with Trophy Collector. The game queues 1 item before that you can remove and still purchase Trophy Collector. What's the point of queueing it before then?

The point is that you don't have to worry that much about slots since the upgraded item will replace the lower tier item and -more importantly- that you don't have to wait for your 6,4k to get a power spike. See it like this, if you are saving for an expensive item you are weaker than your souls value says since you've got a lot of unspent souls and unspent power.
However, if you by an item that later upgrades into leech, you'll get some life steal before you eventually get even more lifesteal. Making you less weak while saving for leech and making leech more affordable because you can basically invest into the item (and benefit to some degree)before you get it.

The thing is that "Trophy Collector" still costs 3200, whether you buy the previous items or not. It's not 3200 (trophy collector) + 1600 (speed boots) + 800 (boots)
