Item Idea: Shred and Track

Tier 3 or 4 Spirit item.
Builds from Bullet resist shredder.

X Bonus HP
X Bullet resist
X Sprint speed

Passive:
Reduce bullet resist by 12% on spirit damage for X seconds

Active:
for the next X seconds when you do spirit damage on an enemy, they will make a trail of Residue/Scrap when they move around.
Debuff X seconds duration. Residue/Scrap trail X seconds duration.

The idea of the opponent leaving a trail on the ground, rather than just being revealed etc, seems very interesting. Maybe it could be a trail of paint though? Call it something like the "inkwell" or the "paintbrush". If it was a bunch of pieces of scrap metal etc, I'd probably expect to be able to pick it up, or jump on it, or something like that.

Wouldn't you expect it to be when the passive triggers then, not a seperate effect unrelated to the armor shred?
