Passive: Killing enemy heroes grants 500 additional souls (these souls are vulnerable).

In my opinion this item would be awesome if it is priced at 1200 or 3000 but keep the stats however lowering the bonus souls from killing heroes. You should also get 20% bonus souls against jungle camps that has a caps souls of 500 or 1000. This is players who like to jungle and like to get active around the map.
