Item description popup randomly opened and covered the entire screen.

A random item description was permanently fixed to my screen. I tried opening and closing the buy menu to remove it but it did not work. I died in-game so I decided to alt-tab, and the glitch occurred immediately once I tabbed back in. I never hovered over or purchased this item, yet the description shows that I did. Thankfully the match ended a minute later so it did not affect me for long, but had the game gone on longer this would have definitely been frustrating.
