Item cooldown indicators bug

Hadn't noticed this before today's patch. I am referring to the mini on-screen indicators that are used to show when an item is coming off cooldown. I am getting the indicators for item's I don't own and hadn't even bought during the game. The items were possibly owned by my teammates, specifically it kept showing me the indicator for Lifestrike coming off cooldown and restoration shot coming off cooldown. It would also show these every time I shot. Don't know if it shows up in a replay but I'll post the match anyways: MatchID 21700951

This seems similar to what I've been encountering for the last week or so; for me it's usually been the active items on my bar changing/rearranging and becoming unusable. It does seem to be linked to having spectated a teammate. Opening and closing the store always fixes that issue for me, I wonder if it would be the same with this.
