Item against Heroes with Big Health Pool

We need some item that can fight off Enemies with lots of life, such as Abraham, Warden, Dynamo.
Although we already have siphon bullets but i don't feel it very effective imho it does help but it won't force enemies into changing their build late game because someone managed to get this specific item.

If we get MM against three good Tank players is GG.

Toxic bullets is max health, Decay does okay.

 

[Dashiell]

Toxic bullets triggers Healbane and it stacks to 80,75% healing reduction, alternatively Decay provides -70% healing for 10s for just 1250 souls.

Other than that resistance shredding items are good choice since they flat our remove that resistance aka raise your dps by x%.
