Issue with Matchmaking Queue

When attempting to find a match in a populated region (NA, West Coast), queue time of 8 minutes found no matches. When I restarted the game, Deadlock seemed to think I had been assigned to a match, but when attempting to join, It would not let me, citing a connection issue. A second restart let me connect to the match properly.

ya not sure what caused the second part but it does seem like que times are longer (I am not just high prioritizing the new character either)

To clarify, the game HAD found me a match, but wouldn't let me join it AFTER i restarted. Which makes me think that it was a bug with the system updating to let me know that a match had been found, rather than an issue with the queue time.
