Issue launching game

Game does not launch visually; only menu audio plays

When attempting to launch the game, the application does not open a visible window or render any graphics.

However, I can hear the menu sound playing in the background, indicating that the game is running but not displaying correctly.

I have tried restarting the game and my system.

Alt+Tab does shows only a black screen

RTX 4070, single external monitor setup.

go here, delete this file and youre done "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\cfg\video.txt"

it resets your video settings in game. you have to re set them
