(Sorry, this is the wrong sub-forum, but there isn't a good place for general questions like this...)
I would like to get into DOTA 2, but it looks daunting.
I'm somewhat okay at Deadlock, and wondered if practicing Deadlock would be a good way to get into DOTA.
(In DOTA, I know you have to get last hits and stuff, but that's the extent of any knowledge outside of the basics.
I'm asking if Deadlock can help teach me more advanced MOBA techniques.)
