Is flame dash bugged?

Why does it say that flamedash has charges while it only displays a cooldown. Everytime you use a dash it goes on cooldown for as long it takes a charge to refresh, so in practice you only have one charge a.k.a no charges. It looks like that making it charged is completely useless except for the cooldown bonus and spirit from rapid recharge. Can someone explain?

Yes and no- it does have a Charge Cooldown, its just nearly identical to the actual cooldown (20 vs 23).

There's another separate bug that affects any upgrade that grants charges where the Charge Cooldown doesn't appear in the popup except when you click on the upgrade. As soon as you've upgraded and moused off (or if you use Alt), it won't show up.

Thanks for the explanation. But still it's weird to have a charged ability have the same cooldown and charge cooldown.
