Invisible Wraith

Had a game where after the first few minutes the wraith was completely invisible for all other players. Attached is a clip from my perspective, other players were expressing the same issue. Their teammates said they also saw it, and one of them mentioned her model was upside down, so was probably clipped into the ground.

I have seen this happen on several players. One of them was a VERY obvious cheater (aimbotting). I wonder if this is a cheat.
