internet crashed, restarted router, couldnt move cursor upon rejoining

Hey so i recently tried playing a game of street brawl and my router crashed, i restarted my router and when i rejoined i was unable to control the direction my character was facing at all.

I left and caught a penalty for this.

I cant control my isp being unreliable man :c
