Interaction between Rescue Beam, Bebop Hook and Lash's Ground Strike

I was in a fight, grappled on a bebop, used ground strike and got hooked and pulled back by my teammate using rescue beam after. My character was then unable to complete any action other than moving around. I could not go on ziplines, could not cast, etc.

Here's the MatchID: 103349. Not sure the exact time, but the bug occured most likely around the 20 minute mark.

Same problem on Lash in two games. Nothing works except WASD even after reconnection
