The old build up without shooting -bug is back.

08-01-2024 Update fixed this bug, but simultaneously broke the item so that the build up reset to 0 if you used any instant item/skill while shooting https://forums.playdeadlock.com/thr...fying-magazine-simultaneously-broke-it.14473/
08-29-2024 Update fixed this broken state of the item. Now item/skill use doesn't reset the build up anymore, but this change brought the original bug back so you can yet again build up damage without shooting.
