Instant cast items config showing invisible characters and ignoring blind

I was watching Zerggy stream when I suddenly noticed that he could see greytalon even when he was invisible bc of Drifter's ult

This is basically a hack in the game to automatically track ppl and HUGELY affects haze since I had to look up some plays I died on and the enemy was seeing me bc of that dammed icon showing up

Basically this configs ignores your field of view

This is just QoL Lock with the setting that changes the item reticle to something more visible. Are you certain this doesn't happen unmodded as well?

Well, as I commented, I wasn't sure if it was mod or just default game
turns out I confirmed that it's not a mod but using items as instant cast

this reveals all enemies even the ones behind fog walls, invisible enemies like haze and veilwalker and also reveals people in drifter's ult

the tittle is mismatching the bug now so I'll try to change it and I'll check if it was already reported

ps: checked, not reported
fixed both title and text presentation so I guarantee no offense to the streamer itself
