Insta comms ban after the end of my first comms ban

What the title says, basically after my first 3 day comms ban (deserved ngl lol), I played 2 normal games and when I finally reach my 50/50 normal game played, I learn that I cannot play ranked because I got comms banned.

Worst thing is that I just probably got reported by a teammate that hated me just for being Argentinian (I asked for help once and he already started insulting me cause of my accent) and I didn't even report him, I understand that stuff like this can happen, but is it really how things will work now? just reporting anyone and they'll get their comms banned hence unable to rank?

I just hope this could get fixed cause all I want to do is to play ranked, don't mind if it's without comms or whatever

currently comms banned for typing in caps (complaining why someone didnt TP to fight) and at the end of the game i said (sarcastically) to report me (because someone said i was toxic for complaining against haze).

so don't type in caps criticizing your teammates or joke about reporting yourself.

its literally just the number of reports and its being abused hardcore

if you win too much or tilt too many people you will get banned, it's bad

We have yet to see if this game caters to snowflakes and goes the 'concord route' of fails or if this is just regular valve being bad at setting up report systems.

Same thing happend to me, 3 comms bans in a row, first one is deserved, 2nd and 3rd one are not at all, like i play a single game, get insta banned, that happend twice now, no comms during the game btw
