Our hero was a railroad worker. As such, their main weapon is a stake driver (think like a pneumatic rifle that shoots railroad spikes)
1 skill - throws tnt charge. on detonation, it displaces enemies and yourself. (I can only reference league, zigg's w)
2 skill - Build a temporary railway that boosts movement speed (think kelvin)
3 skill - Passive, you carry a railroad tie on your back that replaces your melee and has longer range.
Ult - Ok, I really just wanted a hero with a railgun type ult. Supercharge your weapon, and release a powerful shot that pierces through buildings.
