Tried it with alchemical fire, it works, but it doesn't with echo shard, so it kind of works with items but not all of them?
Ability->alchemical works, you cast ability, you see gcd on your ui but it will still throw alchemical fire after a brief delay
Ability->echo->ability - not only 2nd ability doesn't fire, but echo shard doesn't 'queue up' after the first ability cast, you have to wait like a second to be able to use it.
