Provides 2 Energy. Energy shows up on the left side of your crosshairs how stamina shows up on the right. Energy has 3 use cases.
1. If you are out of stamina and try to use some you will use energy.
2. If you are out of ammo and try to use some you will use one energy and restore 25% of your clip.
3. If you try to use an ability that you are unable to then 1 energy will reduce the cooldown/silence effects by 2 seconds for that ability.
Energy is restored at 0.2 per second.
