Inner Peace (6200 Vitality Item)

The idea would be a 6200 item that is just a bunch of the quality of life type improvements you can get through other items in the game.

Inner Peace
Vitality
6200
+20 regen
-20% reload time
+20% debuff resist
+20% healing effectiveness
+20% stamina regeneration
+10% ability duration

Tier 4s are supposed to be interesting conceptually. This is just a super broken stat stick that throws a bunch of random stats together with no rhyme or reason. It's boring. It'd hate it if this item became meta on a hero that i like to play over something more interesting like any other tier 4. There's only a few tier 4s that provide only stats: Boundless Spirit and Leech. Boundless gets away with it because it provides the most spirit out of any single item (including conditionals). Leech is pretty much relegated to being a nice-to-have item to replace spirit or bullet lifesteal when it's very late.

And this would only provide entirely different benefits. I definitely think this is interesting conceptually because it stacks unique qualities. You would not pick up this item for the same reason you would pick up any other 6200 and it is unlike any other item. So it's pretty cool.

I don't think you understand my point since it flew straight over your head. An item like this (no passive or active, just stats) is incredibly uninspired and would suck to build. Expensive stat sticks suck to build because for 6200 souls, I could build something like refresher and have fun with two ults. I could build Magic carpet and have fun flying around. I could build curse and prevent the enemy gamer from having any fun (and therefore having fun in the process). Even Inhibitor, the most bland 6200 passive item (in my opinion) has it's moments with it's ricochet synergy. This item in every sense of the term would be just a stat stick, an incredibly boring, expensive stat stick who's only purpose is to drag down the overall design and quality of the item system.

1. Very rude. Work on yourself.

2. There's nothing about your post that could go over someone's head you're just repeating yourself. And now I have to repeat myself. Leech and Boundless Spirit are two examples of just stats tier 4 items and they are very interesting items. The fact that something doesn't have a trigger/proc doesn't make it uninteresting. The item being an amassing of unique qualities makes for an interesting item. You would see its effects a lot more as well as it would be affecting bars you see move in real time like reload and stamina so it would be less "bland" than inhibitor (which is a very interesting item).

You're an adult. Grow up.

Boundless spirit is interesting because it provides the highest spirit in the game, which is a niche far more noticeable and interesting than just providing slot efficiency. Your concept is just leech but broken enough to warrant buying a lot earlier on most heroes because it provides literally everything. This isn't "quality of life", this is a bunch of raw stats on possibly the most slot efficient item to ever be added into the game.

It provides entirely different benefits from Leech. it's definitely slot efficient but it's not broken at all like you say and I don't expect anyone to buy this early. This is not something you rush because it isn't a powerspike.

It might provide different stats, but the overall benefit and goal of leech and your item is the same (maximizing limited slots). Soul rebirth wasn't a rush item, yet it still got removed for being universally too good of a purchase.
