At this screenshot it shows that i have boosted fire rate because of HUnter aura and bossted movement speed because of inhibitor, i assume it debuffs me until death and then it "undebuffs" itself from me when i revive, but at this moment i have standart numbers and then it "compensates" me those debuffs.
My default fire rate was ~6% but nothing else however shiv and vindicta with those items killed me with debuffs on and on revive i got 30+% firerate.
