Not as much a bug as it is an unintended design issue, I think.
If you use the Railway and there's collision sufficiently blocking your path (much more common under the walkways at spawn), you can get stuck in the rise state indefinitely, unless you cancel it. On paper this isn't a huge issue, but it can easily get you killed late game, especially if the intent was to escape a chasing enemy.
Perhaps it could auto cancel, or it can teleport you above the collision.
