Infinite loading while joining the game

yesterday i played one game and then all the other matches i tried connecting to didn't load. same today, i played one match and then when i was trying to play other matches i was always having an infinte loading screen. also when i press escape i see this weird stuff.

Also had this happen to me and friends. Seems to happen right after a patch. Only fix I found was restart PC and launch game again.
