Infernus's Flame Dash makes him fast enough to clip through Kelvin's Ice Path

flame dashing can cause infernus to be fast enough to actually outrun the hitbox on kelvin's ice path and catch up to kelvin, causing him to clip through the section that is still just a particle effect directly beneath/behind kelvin's feet. ingame this is actually kinda deceptive (especially with my poo poo settings) and i didnt understand what had happened until looking at the replay. this really doesn't seem like a bug so i didn't want to post in the bug reports forum, idk if it's 100% intended to work like this but its interesting i guess 🤷‍♀️
