Infernus ult change/tweak

In my opinion, Infernus' ult needs some love. I feel like it's predictable and very hard to land in a meaningful way and offers less reward than other abilities in the game that do what it does but better.

I think this could be done by making it so that when Infernus' ult is landed, it instantly procs burn on all targets in the AOE. This would provide the ult with a little extra oomf to put it on par with other abilities and make landing a large one feel a lot better.
