Most things seem to go through Frozen Shelter. Singularity, Spectral Wall, Power Slash, Concussive Combustion -- hell, Dynamo can even Quantum Entangle his allies on the other side of the wall (but not pull them across it). It's pretty inconsistent about what counts for line-of-sight and what doesn't. At this rate, I'm surprised Bebop can't Hook through it.
