If you hold the Fire button during Flame Dash and finish Flame Dash while still holding Fire button, the character won't be shooting unless you re-press Fire button again. Similar to the respawn bug from an earlier patch where you couldn't move if you were holding movement buttons before respawning and had to re-press them. Started happening in one of the last 2~ patches.
