Infernus gets into enemies' respawn bug

For some reason (a bug I guess), if Infernus uses his Concussive Combustion right in front of the entrance to enemies' respawn, he can get into it by the explosion wave.

To repeat it:
1) come to the enemies' spot
2) press w and 4 right in front of the entrance
3) bug!

I'm pretty sure it's expected behavior for an someone to be able to enter an enemies respawn area. Or are you talking about something else?
