Increase ping spikes and random packet loss after the patch.

Since the last major patch of six brand new heroes. The matches that I've played in suffered from sudden ping/packet spikes. These jitters have been
more frequent and makes it harder to enjoy the game. Especially when nearing combats and sometimes out-of-combat too.
