Incorrectly putting exclamation marks at the end of Whats the plan when spammed (instead of question marks)

When you spam a chat wheel callout, it adds exclamation marks. This function works fine for the most part, but when you do this with the Whats the plan callout, because it has a question mark at the end, it does something like this: Whats the Plan?!!!!!!!!! (please replace the exclamation marks with question marks ty valve)

This. Valve needs to stop working on fixing minor bugs like half the players in a game randomly crashing and instead focus on stuff like this, the fact that they think it's okay to leave their game in this state is just depressing.
