Incorrect description on Ricochet

Currently, the description of Ricochet states that it deals 50% of the original damage to a nearby target, that is not at all what the item does. What it actually does is shoot a secondary target with a bullet that has 50% of your weapon damage and has no regard for the damage you dealt to your original target. This includes headshots, which don't impact the damage dealt to secondary targets (secondary targets also can't get headshot via Ricochet). This means that you can shoot someone with Metal Skin active and you'll then hit someone else for 50% of your weapon damage, which is not how it should interact according to the description.

Secondly, Ricochet also states that it activates bullet procs. There are 4 items that mention 'proc' in their description, including Ricochet. Of the remaining 3, only Silencer is applied correctly (both the passive slow and the active effect).
Tesla Bullets never seems to trigger on secondary targets, even accounting for the internal cooldown.
Lucky Shot's proc has two components, neither working as it probably should. The damage amplification works, but it's triggered when the primary target gets hit with the proc and not on the actual 'ricochet'. This would make slightly more sense if Ricochet worked as the description states. Secondly, the slow simply never applies on secondary targets.
