Inconsistent Yamato 2 followup strike

after doing a charged Q melee, Yamato's flying strike followup becomes inconsistent and usually doesn't come out

Actually, her flying strike might have bugged in the last update.
I've had at least 3 times in which it didn't follow through yesterday (after last update), and it never happened before it.
Might be a coincidence, but it was definitely weird. I don't remember seeing anything on the changelog related to that skill tho
