1. Press and hold down 4/ult on Apollo
2. While ult is held down, open the menu and go into swap hero
3. Let go of ult button to activate it, then quickly switch to another character.
The crash seems to happen when Itani Lo Sahn's debuff ends and the delayed burst of spirit damage procs. To make sure this wasn't a problem exclusively to Victor since he can't manually activate his ult, I checked other characters and I was able to consistently crash with this setup.
This probably isn't very practical or dangerous for matches since this only happens in the hideout/training mode.
