Seen when in Invite Friends section of Party, as a gamer I attempted to click the green 'Send Invite' button but there was no feedback.
Expected behaviors:
- party friend invite sent with some feedback and the button changes,
- or button grey as unable to send invite and unable to click button

Possible affecting state:
- Current player initially Ready but not everyone in party. Then attempted everyone unready
- The target friend did have a greyed button earlier as it said player in queue
- Our party is in a matchmaking state, but we are not actively searching. Clicking the Cancel Search option allowed us to invite the friend
- This may also happen after a match when returning to the search lobby
