In-game Time: 10:10, or shortly after Warden's 2nd Last Stand.
In game time skips from 10:13 to 10:29, then freezes at 10:29 for about 22 seconds (math would tell you it should be 16 seconds).
Once it unfreezes, 4 players crash (Warden, Shiv, Pocket, McGinnis). These players were all in the same lane.
When it unfreezes at 10:29, spectating some players crashes in replay viewer, but not when spectating Mirage (I only tested with Mirage).
When you hover over the affected time frame in the replay viewer, it says "10:29 (pa...."
