Improved Burst triggering improperly

Improved Burst triggered off of a Grey Talon auto attack that did 102 damage. Considering I only had 8% spirit resist, that shouldn't have been enough spirit damage to proc the minimum required by Improved Burst's threshold. The only other damage from Grey Talon was a melee attack for 132 (and GT did not have Spirit Strike).
