Improved burst not giving 10% damage bonus off +125 damage hit with Kinetic Carbine
Have to buy more damage to make it proc seems like its 200 damage to proc the 10% bonus damage

NEVERMIND, It does not count the Mystic Shot damage bonus to the threshold to proc Burst!
